A strong candidate for today's ebay Blocked Bidder List

Fellow ebay seller's beware of: marym552013

My new friend purchased an item from me, paid, left me positive feedback - and a few days later cancelled the purchase with his credit card company saying our transaction was a fraudulent charge. I received an email this morning from PayPal notifying me of a charge-back dispute. Luckily, I had shipping confirmation and his positive feedback to back up my case. Regardless - not a buyer I hope to deal with again, and I figured I'd mention it on the board.

Sorry to hear that Jeff. Glad you had all your ducks in a row, but then again I knew you would. image

Thanks, Mike - I'm so glad I still had the shipping information handy. I usually toss that stuff after someone leaves positive feedback. Lesson learned there.

That is an important thing to mention. I keep everything, but I would not toss that delivery information for at least 6 months, if not a year.

I always ship through Paypal now... they automatically link the DC with that transaction and it's always there. Plus postage is cheaper, and DC is free. Win/Win!
