You can get a pretty good idea by the cert # and the flip as PSA has changed the design and format over the years. There was a thread about it here some time ago which illustrated the different flips through the years. Also, when PSA went to the half point grading system, they put the numerical grade below the grade term. Prior to that, the numerical grade was to the right of the term, such as Mint 9 instead of
