Would these be graded if cut?

1966 Rub-Offs Roll

I don't think there's any way to encapsulate the roll, but not sure if this would be like cutting a sheet of cards.

    There's quite a bit of damage to the strip so I don't know how many good grades you'll get. They're paper thin and were cut in a different manner than regular Topps cards. So as long as you don't use pinking shears to cut them they will grade.

    Thanks, I'm looking at a roll in better condition, just using that one as an example.
