Need some help with autographs

I'm wanting to take advantage of the PSA/DNA 1/2 price authentication. Just want a few extra opinions on these.
Thanks

If you submit those, even and 1/2 price I think you'll be very disappointed and a lot poorer.

The Williams and Dimaggio photo is typical multi-signed Operation Bullpen carp. Signed by Mantle too? Most are.

The Dimaggio ball seem to me to be signed in to light of hand...Joe D was an absolute pro at signing balls - firm strokes and dead center on the sweet spot.

The Mantle is a double-banana possible Greg Marino (Operation Bullpen).

You might get lucky and get one of these past PSA, there are many OpBull items with PSA certs but it's a huge risk at the prices for authentication. I don't think one good one gets you your money back if the rest are bad. Remember with autograph authentication you don't get any money back or credits if they deem it no good.

I think you got a chance on the dimaggio ball. The others, I wouldn't take the chance. ohhh btw you don't get half off on mantle because its over $99.

Here are couple balls of Dimaggio I sent in recently and passed.

I only have experience with the Williams, and I wouldn't send it in.
I cannot hit curveball. Straightball I hit it very much. Curveball, bats are afraid.

  • Thanks for the help. These came from a large show in St Louis fall '97. The COA's are from WALL OF FAME signed by Rich B.... Any info on these COA's?
