1980 TCMA Reading Sandberg BGS 8.5 auction

Anyone on here win this one of Rick's auctions? I was the under-sniper, Grrrrr! 1980 TCMA Ryne Sandberg Believe it or not, across the big 3 TPG's, no 10's, only one in 9 then 2 in 8.5 including this one and then a dozen or so each in 8 & 7 and then on downwards and only approx. 55 total graded accross the big 3 TPGs. Seemed like a cornerstone of a collection piece. I really would like to own at least an 8 example of this card someday b4 it gets out of reach and all the Abe Froman Chicago big-wig types scoop them up, as it was getting on close to the max i'd spend on a card. Congrats to whomever won it!
FYI: It seems to appear on eBay that someone is trying to corner both the 1980 Ripken issues and paying at the BIN ask price for any grade soon after any listing has started so if you are lucky enough to have one and willing to let one go, go for it and ask high!
