How long does it take to log orders?

I just submitted 8 Jackie Robinson cards. This is my first submission in about 7 years. I had 2 orders in my package, an express and a club voucher.

I know turn times have been very slow, so I don't expect to see these for a long time.

My question is this, how long does it take from when PSA gets my package to actually log in my order?

could be up to a week and half.

I'd say 5-10 calendar days to log.

Thanks for the info.

I submitted my 1955 Topps Hocus Focus. It will be only the second one ever graded. I don't expect higher than a PSA 1, but it will be nice to have it encapsulated.

My Express order just got logged in. 6 calendar days from when PSA received my package. In the same package was a "club voucher" order. This has not been logged in yet.

The key is marking the highest service level on the outside of the box that you are submitting under.

A renewal voucher for example will get processed before a collectors club special.

If there is nothing on the box my understanding is it goes to the back of the line.

My last sub I wrote Collectors Club Renewal on the outside and it was logged in one day.

ugh. that is why then. I joined the club and sent in my 6 free voucher deal. received on jun17th - not logged in yet. did NOT write on the package it was a renewal. thanks for the reminder.
