I have sold about 20% (30 copies) of the second printing so far. Ads should be hitting Penny-Wise and Coin World as well within the next few weeks.
I will be at the ANA Convention all next week.

As noted in my header, there are about 60 copies left from the 2nd printing run of 150 (first run had 250).
I am back after a hiatus of a few months.
