Do you get a voucher for N5 Altered Stock?

So I did my free CC submission a few months ago and i got an N5 on a card. Dont you get a voucher to send another card in when this happens? My order was shipped 3/25/2013, and i havnt heard anything about a voucher or received anything else in the mail yet.
What I Collect:

PSA HOF Baseball Postwar Rookies Set Registry- (Currently 80.51% Complete)


PSA Pro Football HOF Rookie Players Set Registry- (Currently 19.80% Complete)


PSA Basketball HOF Players Rookies Set Registry- (Currently 6.02% Complete)

    No. You don't get vouchers for any cards that PSA deems to have been doctored in any way.

    Only cards that get vouchers are MINSIZERQ and MISCUT.

    and for cards they cant find any spec info on or cards that they dont fit any of their holders.
