Modern Insert Auto Collectors: Topps Rookie Photo Shoot Autos - Is There a Story Here?

I found these the other day via a fellow collector in NC who wants to trade or sell them (see scans below). I am confused on the story with these things here. Were these redemptions, found in packs, or some sort of 1-time promo where players signed autos at a photo shoot? For example, the Melo has a "To Adam" personalization on it. Also, the PSA/DNA holder appears to be a red flip auto vice a standard gradinging holder. Also, any idea what these go for in today's card market? The owner has them on ebay with insane BIN/OBO prices, but few others have actually sold. Didn't know if there is a lower market clearing price of not. Are these really that rare and/or worth going after? if so, what prices? Finally, does the "to adam" on the Melo reduce the value? Thanks in advance for your comments and help. Meatloaf
