My 1,000th Post -- A Small Tribute

Well, it's taken me over 10 years to get here, but yes, finally, the milestone has
been eclipsed... 1,000 FREAKIN' POSTS!!!
But in all seriousness, this has been a cool place to check into over the years,
and it's always fun to see what everyone else is excited about in the hobby.
It's also great to make friends through card collecting, and the friendships
can often be more valuable than the cards.
For my EPIC 1,000th post, I was going to do something like post my top 10
favorite cards, etc., but I figured it would be more fun to post a few of my
favorite cards that belong to other members on this forum.
Yes, I am going to show off other people's cards.
Thanks to all who contribute here by offering knowledge and/or posting scans,
whether they're low grade, high grade, raw, or slabbed. Good luck with your
collections! I could've gone on much longer with this list, but I tried to keep
it somewhat short.
So, without further ado, here are some cool, memorable cards that I've seen
posted here by fellow members over the years on this forum...
Jim N's (macboube) 1955 All-American Red Grange
Dan's (thunderdan) T3 Turkey Red Ty Cobb
Anthony N's (Griffins) 1953 Bowman Color uncut sheet with Pee Wee and The Mick
Matt C's '52 Topps Mantle
Marc's (Foo3112) 1961 Roger Maris
ClockworkAngel's '78 Topps Trammell/Molitor RC
Jeff's (Big80s) Jim Thorpe postcard
Dean's (ToneD) E101 Wagner
Mike's (miconelegacy) OPC Gretzky RC
Noodles' (itzagoner) raw 1956 Hank Aaron (did this ever get graded?)
Matt's (MBMiller25) '48 Bowman Stan Musial
and finally Justin's (JustinsShoebox) Rickey Henderson RC in fairly high grade
been eclipsed... 1,000 FREAKIN' POSTS!!!

Great choices on the cards. I've seen a majority of them, but it is nice to see them all in one place.
Congrats on hitting 1,000 and looking forward to the next 1,000.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

<< <i>Nice cards but MattyC's Ruth belongs here. >>
It's an awesome card, Maurice, and I considered it, but:
A) I didn't see it posted here (I caught it on Net54)
2) Matt's '52 Mick is pretty damn sweet, and
III) Ahhh... what the hell

Mike -- yep, Matt C's Ruth is really nice for the grade -- minor paper loss on the reverse.
