Ticket grading advice wanted

Ok I recently got the following ticket and I think it's going to get an MK qualifier when graded. Assuming that would you rather own this (or buy this) ticket if it were numerically graded or just labeled authentic?

  • authentic and encapsulated I think would make that ticket very nice. ripped tickets are already not really 'going for mint' grade worthy. opinion only.
