Would This '66 Rose Bump to 8NQ?

I've never bid on a card with the intent to resubmit in hopes of a higher grade, but I nearly did on this card.
'66 Rose PSA 8(OC)
I am convinced that the top/bottom centering is better than 70/30, as required by PSA's standards for an 8NQ. The eye appeal is certainly there. Others seem to agree, since the card went for nearly three times the average price for this card with a qualifier in PSA 8. Thoughts?
