Would PSA slab these -- if not -- how do I change their minds?

So when I am not collecting Gary Carter items I focus some of my energy on Pat Haden items.
Below is a new pickup -- it is a 6 pack 7UP Bottle Card that measures 6x9. The card stock is slightly thinner than a regular card. --- I have also included some other athletes that have similar "cards" ~ the Haden card has a copyright of 1979 but the deal expires in 1980 so I am not too sure which is the correct date.
I also just won a few Santa cards.

I was hoping that PSA would slab these but if they don't now -- how would one go about trying to get them to change their minds.

Send the scan of the front and back to customer support. Include any other info you have. Checklists dates ect... If their is a checklist online then provide a link. Sometimes they are easy and agree right away and other times it takes months. The best contact I had left a week or 2 Ago... Just have to hope you get the right costumer service person
