WTTF/WTB The Top 5-10% of graded cards

I’m looking to trade for or possibly buy cards that are in the top 5-10% of their graded population depending on how many were graded. For complete details and examples, please see my page here. Mainly looking for populations over 100 but may make exceptions for some sets. Not looking for cards numbered less than 200 or other low pop graded that are only submitted infrequently.
