does anyone know why the 2002 topps ticket to history sweepstakes ticket says not valid without sticker??? i want to send it in but not sure if i need some sort of sticker????? thanks

It was a mistake on Topps part, just send it in without the sticker and you'll be fine, you don`t have to send it certified either.
