Registry set problem - PROBLEM SOLVED

I am trying to remove one of the Ikes from my registry set to send to someone for a swap, and here is the problem I ran into: I cannot
access my set with my password so I can remove it. I had PCGS email my password to me, and it still wouldn't work. I emailed Carol
earlier today, but I think she's gone for the weekend.

Any ideas what I might do or why it might not be working? Thanks for any assistance

Hi Susan, You can have Carol remove it or let the new owner do it.

Thanks, Terri. I appreciate the help. Just solved the problem myself - found that PCGS still has my old email address.
