Lakers vs. Spurs. Will it be another 4 game sweep? Will Kobe Bryant wipe the floor with them like he did last year? Hmm, it's possible, but only time will tell. The Spurs will ONCE AGAIN fall down to the Lakers. They are the NEXT victims...bring them on!

    LMAO, stop with the "Pain and Punishment tour", it`s annoying, we all know they`re gonna win, but I have hope for the Kings. I`m sick of the Lakers, this is the year they should win it, no drama between Shaq and Kobe, finally, they are the biggest babies in the league!

    And by the way, I heard people talking about the Pain and Punishment tour back when Detroit was tough back in the early 90's or late 80's. Be original.

    Besides all of that, I think the lakers are not in anybodys heads anymore. The gap is smaller this year than last. Enjoy this because it is the last year you will have a chance to do it.

    Well, what if I don't want to give it a rest? I WON'T give it a rest until I'm READY to give it a rest. And I won't give it a rest until the Lakers have won the championship. Your not a Laker fan, so of course your not going to like it, just like most of the other Laker haters. if I was in a bar with Laker fans, then they wouldn't care. The Lakers are in EVERYBODY'S heads whether you like them or hate them, because they are the team to beat, and they are the most intimidating team in the NBA.     Man, those Mets are looking good this year, but it won't be too much longer and their time will soon dwindle away because my Braves have won 3 straight and we're looking to get back to where we belong...in 1st place! image

    Not making any excuses either, but the Braves have had LOTS of injuries this season:

    Sheffield (wrist)
    Surhoff (out for the season with torn ACL)
    Javy Lopez (finger)
    Maddux (lower back)
    Chipper Jones (thumb, but he still plays it out image)
    Giles (hand)

    But, we're still 15-15, so that's the good thing. But, yeah, your Mutts are looking good. Your pitching has actually surprised me this season.

    ya their pitching has been good so far but i'd be surprised if it held up. d'amico gets hurt every year. you guys need a healthy sheffield. he started the season out real strong. montreal will probally fade as the season goes on and im sure it will come down to our teams for the division, where we will slightly take it image

    True, but overall Chipper kills you Mets. How about 1999 when he literally was seeking and destroying. I think for Chipper's career against the Mets, he's batting .375, with like 15 HR's, and 50 RBI's...lol...and most of that is out of the past 3 seasons. He's got the best stats of any other player against the Mets in the NL.

    I agree the Expos will eventually fade out. The Marlins will die. The Phillies...well, their already DOOMED. It will once again come down to the Mets and Braves. It's got to be the best rivalry in the NL today. image

    Lakers going down in 7, Malik Rose has stepped up, Tony Parker has stepped up, this is going to be a good series. But you guys are smokin crack if you think it will be four and out....

    Lakers will not go down in 7, come on.. Fisher can do a very good job on Parker, and Rose against Horry..? hm.. tough one.. NOT! Horry is one of the most underrated defenders in the league
    and oh yeah.. they might have stepped up, but that's all, you got Duncan, Rose and Parker and that's it for scoring abilities
    I say Lakers in 5, or maybe 4, who knows?

    SHAQ WAS IN THE LEAGUE 7 WHOLE YEARS BEFORE KOBE CAME ALONG. Did he win a title? Did he get to the finals? No and yes.

    Hey go ask those pacer fans what happens when shaq fouls out.

    Go ask those spurs fans what happend last year in the playoffs.

    GO ASK THOSE KINGS FANS WHAT KOBE DOES TO DOUG CHRISTIE EVERY GAME.
