1983 Topps Grocery Racks on Sale at D&A

I saw that D&A has the 36-ct 1983 Topps Grocery racks on sale for $8.94, about $3 off normal. Is this a decent price? On ebay the 51-ct racks seem to go for less than the 36-ct, is that bidder ignorance?
