Hello Collectors

I'm new to the forums and just wanted to say hi.

As my name indicates I'm a Topps Fan and I have been collecting for many years now.

Looking forward to sharing with you all.

Do you collect any particular era or kind of Topps cards? 60's? 70's? 80's? Baseball? Football? Hockey? Basketball? etc.

    Looking forward to your posts.

There is a huge wealth of knowledge from many of the board members, and most are always willing to answer questions.

  • Thanks for the warm welcome!

I'm interested in Topps 50s-70s Baseball. My favorite set is 52 and favorite designs are 53, 63, 71, 72 and 78. I've been looking for unopened spanning all of those years and have become very frustrated as of late by the lack of availability and skyrocketing costs. From what I've read here on Collectors many are feeling the same way! Oh well, guess it was bound to happen.

As collectors, what are you all most excited about these days?

I am excited when BBCE gets new 70s product in, or when a nice PSA graded vintage Hall of famer comes up for a good price!
I collect vintage PSA graded SF Giants, Willie Mays, McCovey, Cepeda, Marichal and Perry. And modern players like Buster Posey, Will Clark and Barry Bonds.
