I have a pair of 1974 Belize proof sets available for $145 delivered. Each include the boxes and COA.

I also have an 1980 Malta proof set for $45 delivered.

So ... based on your ask for the Belize sets I'm guessing they are the silver version PS2? or are these the Cu-Ni PS1?
