That must be a box from something else inside. OPC did not produce rack packs for baseball cards in the 1970s, which is when that box was made.

John nailed it as usually. This is a 1974 Topps rack box. It was too beat up IMHO for the price.
Edited to add: Tim is right, there is another box instead it. Not the best choice for the auction picture.
