1982 Wrestling All Star set question

Is there ever any size variation with this set? I just picked up my first set of series A. All of the cards are the exact same size and in psa 3-7 condition. So it's by no means mint. My issue is I had one other hogan card and when I compare it to the cards from the set its slightly wider about a 16th of an inch. The hight is the same. The focus on the larger hogan seems to be sharper than the focus on the cards in the set. The stock seems identical though. I'm hoping these are just like the browns boxing cards and vary in size... And I didn't buy a trimmed set. The overall mediocre condition kinda gives me hope that its not trimmed. None of the edges or corners are that sharp. Ill post some scans later to give a better idea.

There is some size variation in the set and mostly it seems to me to be with 1982 A, the bigger the better as far as I am concerned (although I once had a very large Harley Race once). The smaller ones have a tougher time getting into a PSA holder while the smaller ones can be found more so in BGS holders. This is one major reason why I like these in PSA holders. In do not think it is an issue with being trimmed, I think it is more of an issue with variation in size.

Here is a scan if it helps. I'm hoping if I send few together and psa sees they are all the same size they will grade them
