'That Cert is not available for display....'

Any idea what this means? I sent an e-mail to PSA last weekend but have not received a response. Are these somehow privately graded perhaps? Have been trying to add this to my set. What am I missing? Purchased it at what I assumed to be a reasonable BIN. Beginning to doubt that assumption....

This message comes up for all certs between 20897710 and 20897729. Is this the message that comes up if a cert doesn't exist?

Here's what PSA just said in the e-mail -

'This certification number has been updated. This should show up on our database by tomorrow.'


My comment - I have no idea how this hobby actually works.....

Here's another one where I get 'That cert is not available for display'
This is different from another person owning the card.
The cards look good but I just don't understand how a card makes it out of PSA without the cert number being recorded.
I guess I'll go back and watch that video of how they grade the cards....
