Cello Pack question

Is it common for the cards to be upside down in a cello pack? I recently picked up a lot of packs w/ stars on top and there was a Ripken F-Face card on top, but the front and back cards are upside down in the pack. I didn't want to sell it if there was a good chance it was tampered with. I can post a scan tonight.

It's a factory miswrap and fairly common across all years and issues. You will even see it in racks, too.
