I was just looking at the Nolan Ryan registry sets, and there is now ONE PSA 10 1968 Topps Nolan Ryan rookie (out of 6,444 graded)

100K, until the next 10 comes along (and it will), then exponential drop.

If a Reggie rookie in a 10 goes for $115K or whatever it was, then the Ryan will go for at least 50% more, maybe to $200K.

So, if/when this goes for sale it becomes the second most expensive sports card sold?

Not even close, I think. T206 Wagner, T206 Doyle, Baltimore News Ruth, 1952 Mantle -- there's quite a few cards that have sold for more publicly or privately than a PSA 10 Ryan rookie, unless it becomes a $500+k card

I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
