'71 Topps Greatest Moments - size variation? min size req?

I took a chance and bought a raw toughie on eBay from this set: Reggie Jackson. It does not appear to be trimmed (by my untrained eye) but when I measure it against a few other raw ones, it comes up short lengthwise.
Does anyone have expereince with this? When I look through my PSA graded ones, it seems some are shorter lengthwise than others. What is PSA min size for this issue?
