Yes, it's a 9/8 (or, as they used to call it, a wide 9). It's hard to tell because there's still some gook around the 9 and reflection, but it appears to be Turner Reverse RD1. As YQQ said, there should be a very nice O/O repunch in One at the bottom inside. It is the most common of the 13-14 different Reverses for the 9/8.... about 25% of them used this Reverse. I'd say it's close to XF and they Trend for about $150 or so .. making it worth about $80.
