1976 Topps Baseball Beckett Book Value?

Can someone help me out on the Beckett value of 1976 Baseball complete set including the update set? I've got a chance to buy a set with all sharp corners but centering all over the map.

    My monthly book has a year or so of age to it but it lists the set at $250...doesn't list a set price for the update set but they aren't worth more than a couple dollars.

    My online beckett pricing has the full set listed at $250 on high side and $125 on low side, and the update set at $30 on high side and $12.50 on low side

    With '76 Topps, that part's pretty much a given.
