There is a 2000 Topps Miguel Cabrera PSA 10 AUTO ending today. The price is up to $2,900 and the leader has zero feedback!!!! This is ridiculous!! You would think the seller would monitor this auction as I will not bid an extra penny unless this buyer is removed! This SUCKS

Every bidder starts at Zero... I certainly don't think people stopped bidding on auctions when I first started on eBay.

Is it possible that the bidder contacted the seller and received approval (or maybe they didn't)? Are you jumping to conclusions based upon on (0) bidder bidding on a card that you have interest? Perhaps most sellers aren't monitoring their auctions as closely. I know that I rarely bother to check the feedback of bidders during an auction.

My simple question is, if the bidder is legit and pays, what difference does it make. I've seen auctions with bidders with solid feedback and there bids are not legitimate.

I did a quick check and the "new" bidder has placed 10 bids with 5 different sellers. It could be a bogus bidder, but it could also be someone just beginning or having started a new ID. While I understand your concern, I don't understand why it is such "BS?"

could be a case of someone who just wanted a second ID for bidding. Could it be a scam of some type? Sure. Could it be 100% legit? Sure. Could be a few variables in play there.

Nothing screams foul play here except for the 0 feedback, which doesnt necessarily mean anything. Everyone starts at 0, and there can be many legit reasons for someone to be at 0 feedback.

As a seller you have a right tobprotect the integrity of the auction! This seller has not!

I stayed away from this one as well, few days ago the zero feedback bidder was over $3000 then retracted his bids. Now I see he keeps upping things last minute, looks odd and if is sure hope he wins his own card

Seller has over 500 auctions running at the moment; do you expect they "monitor" every one of them? If you don't like it you don't have to bid.

You are leaping to some serious conclusions. It seems that one (0) bidder has been outbid 2x over while the other one that you were concerned about has been cancelled by the seller. What else would you propose be done? As I mentioned, perhaps there has been approval. Perhaps not.

Zero bidders fueled this card, can't we have a legit auction without all the bs and zero feedback bidders?Was going to make a serious run at this card but with these zero bidders am not going to risk it, also if Cabrera does not win the Triple Crown this card will go down.

Are you or were you seriously thinking of bidding on this card hoping Cabrera would win the triple crown again? My god I hope thats not the reason, its June 2 and talking triple crown winner is just plain ridiculas

That is the main reason his cards are going up. If he wins the Crown his cards go up at least x3 if not they will go down 1/3

Zero feedback winner? The winner is a Private Feedback bidder. I'm sure the sleuths will be able to figure it all out when feedback is posted.
