Would This Banks Rookie Get an MC Qualifier?

I am going to look at this Banks rookie today. I know its not a good picture but would this get the MC qualifier? I believe there is a small sliver of white above the name and cubs logo.

It's suppose to have white above the cubs logo. It is OC top to bottom...as you can see the amount of border on the bottom. I dont think this would be an MC but an OC. The MC's I have seen cut into his name and the logo.

I just didnt know if it was cut close enough to his name and logo that it would get MC. Ive seen others close like this that dont get a qualifier at all.

I think that it's way off side to side too. Ernie's a** is almost hanging off of the edge. I'm thinking with it being so far off both way it is at least OC, maybe even MC. The back may be even more telling, be sure to flip it over.

I wouldn't worry too much about Ernie's butt on the right edge. Typically, if there's white showing above the name and the logo, you're good for not getting the qualifier, especially considering the corner condition on the example you've posted. The only concern would be whether the reverse is miscut.

Here's an example that has similar L/R centering:

Evan ... I agree with the majority. As long as you have the white all around the border, you should be OK with the M/C. The key is to look at the back and see if anything is missing. GOOD LUCK.
