they bumped up the minimum to twice of what it was in May image
Ranked #1 in - Lance Parrish PSA = MASTER SET + BASIC SET + MASTER TOPPS SET + BASIC TOPPS SET

    PSA 45-day submissions have been taking more than 45 days for a while. This means lots of orders and $$.

    In this scenerio, there is no motivation to have a really special "special".
