The battle of the 1837 Half dime!

i was just scanning through the stacks bowers catalog and noticed that there are three 1837 half dimes.
I would be interested to hear which one you think would realize more, and why or originallity, holder, sticker?
This was brought up as i know we have had discussions on holders and looks swaying prices in either direction and this will be a first hand look at what the results will be with all three competing in the same auction!

1.) PCGS MS65 CAC pcgs65CAC
2.) PCGS MS65 pcgs65
3.) NGC MS65 CAC ngc65cac

I'm not crazy about any of them but if forced to choose I'd take the last one.
I have no idea what others will bid.

I am partial towards #2, despite or perhaps even because of the die crumbling, but #3 ain't too shabby.

My thoughts as well. #2 is my number 1, and #3 is my number 2 (going from the pictures)

I will guess the highest auction price will be ( highest to lowest)

#1 pcgs ogh and cac.
Then #3 Ngc-cac
Then #2 pcgs

I think they will each sell for about 2750 and I would not consider any of them a "put away" coin

I guess if they all had the same look then it might be more telling about holder or registry value. However, I am not thrilled with any of the coins, but "like" the first one (PCGS MS65/CAC) the most.

The PC coin in CAC will sell for 30% more than the others.

Not especially fond of #1, since Liberty's face is FUBAR. The big dark spot/planchet flaw(?) near the left base of the rock isn't exactly appealing either.
