This coin is in an ANACS slab (coin is still in the mail back to me). Labeled as VAM-14.3, Proof 60, Environmental damage. This may be a candidate for a PCGS restoration project. I don't know. There is
some risk involved, so I'm happily selling this coin, as is (it was cherrypicked as a business strike), and if someone else wants to send take the restoration bull by the horns - go for it.
