Variety attribution submission question

Is it necessary to list the FS number when submitting a Cherrypickers Guide listed variety to PCGS for variety attribution? Also, can someone tell me what the FS # is for a 1916 2-feathers Buffalo nickel. My fourth edition doesn't have it. Thanks.

if you want the attribution done with the least chance for error, I think it helps

Also, be sure to include the PCGS Coin Number to be certain. For the 1916 2 Feathers it is 395248. The FS number is FS-402.
