New photos added to my Registry set by BRG Numismatic Photography (Warning: Circulated Barbers!)

LogPotatoLogPotato Posts: 2,177 ✭✭✭✭
I sent off a batch to BRG Numismatic Photography http://brgphoto.com/ a handful of days ago, and the composites are in. I think he did a great job of capturing the in hand look of the coin. Much better than I ever could. I know the photo's might not meet everyone's taste with the white background and no label. It appeals to me and that's what counts. Below are a select few. The rest can be seen here: http://www.pcgs.com/SetRegistry/publishedset.aspx?s=108402

Nice Job and I like them. I also think its cool that you actually have pictures in your registry set, as most of the sets I browse do not have them and to me thats part of building a set.............Enjoy tom

thanks for posting those, great pictures. just curious, but could you also put them in the everyman's collection of Barber halfs, and show them in two places. I ask because I might have this decision to make on one or two of my sets.
    Thanks,
    Jim

I just found out about that feature if you go to your Set Registry page and than hit the Add A New Set up Pops all the sets that the coins in your inventory match. I think I added 3 more sub sets to my original set this past week. Enjoy Tom

Very nice set and pics. Nice circ Barbers are not easy to find as I am sure you have found out.

    I especially like the 1914-P!

Very nice examples of coins that did the work. Brandon did a great job imaging the group. He makes them look well rested in their retirement years.image
  • Those appeal to me too, when I think of circulated Barbers, I think of your CU handle now image

Nice even though I'm not a great fan of the white background did a really good job on the coins.
And like you I use a plain background for the registry as all the info on the label is captioned below the image when viewed there.image
