Will a card like this get a number grade?

If so, what would it be in your opinion? PSA 1? What makes a card an automatic for "Authentic" condition wise? I appreciate your time in advance!

I agree, when I see AUTH I just keep going....Im more apt to buy a 1 then AUTH any day
