Sets where the first card isn't the most valuable

When I began collecting, I sort of assumed that the first card of a set was always the most valuable. How wrong I was!
So, I thought it might be fun to talk about sets where the first card isn't the most valuable.
For example, I recently decided to collect a Topps Civil War News PSA8 set. I've noticed that card #2 routinely seems to sell for more than card #1. The checklist also is more expensive. (Although this seems true of many checklist cards.)
What other examples can you think of?
And for extra credit -- are there any sets where neither the first card nor the checklist are the most valuable?

1) DC Cosmic Cards with Blue Beetle
2) X-Men '95 Ultra with Albert (It is strange because in the 1994 Series the #1 card was Cyclops)
3) Marvel Masterpieces 1992 with Blob
I don't consider Comic Images series of 1992 has valuable cards, but the worst choice for a 1rst card was made for Wolverine From Then Till Now 2. Get in mind we are in 1992. Wolverine is only know by comic book readers and maybe by some kids that watched him in TV. He always is showing his claws or wearing one of his uniforms. So from nowhere somebody decide to break the rule about selling Wolverine.
