I've had subs take uyp to 14 days before being logged. On average, I'd say 7 days.

You have to write the service level on the outside of the box to get it to log quickly.

If you did not put Collectors Club renewal or something to indicate it is a faster service level on the outside it will be treated like a submission that is from one of the specials.

No, unfortunately submission turnaround time does not include the time before the order is logged in. So, if your order is sitting there for a week before it is logged into the system, that week is not used to determine the turnaround time.

I mailed my package Tuesday morning from Winter Park, FL and I just checked and the cards are already logged.

In two spots on the outside of the package I marked Collectors Club renewal and that is how your submission jumps to the front of the line.

I sent in a total of 149 cards in two orders.
