Re-Holdering Question

I've researched old threads on this, but I want to make sure. If you have a card re-holdered, will the new flip reflect the way the card would currently be described?
For example, years ago the flip looked like this:
If the card were graded today, the flip would look like this:
If I re-holder a card with the first flip above, will it now come back looking like the second (current) style? Thanks for any info!

The older Wrestling All Stars had the plastic sleeve inside on the front and most now have it on the back. I wanted it uniform so I sent the first two cards I ever purchased in for new holders.
They came back with the same cert numbers and the labels were updated to reflect the way they describe the cards that are currently graded.
