Too many positive BST transactions with too many members to list.
Die changes for the 1909 dates will yield a stronger Liberty. Still, enough Liberty, rims and over all detail for the F-12 grade but reverse looks VG to me. I still say F-12
Although I can understand the grade F 12 - I'm leaning to VG 10 because of the REV detail.

To me, there isn't enough detail overall to be bumped to 12 even if certain areas appear to have F detail.
