OPC and Lemieux Guys.. advice on purchase.

I want to buy an OPC Lemieux RC, but this looks to good. Also whats up with that part of case that looks different on bottom right? Think it's legit?

    Alot of cases look like that. It is either from the sealing process, or where the slabs are seperated during production. Slight tilt on the Mario, but it is a very nice looking 8.

    A very nice Lemieux despite the slight tilt. 8s generally are never that nice

    Thats a nice looking 8. No problems with the case.

    Looks like a clone of my 8. Not sure if they grade this card tough or what but my 8 looks as nice an any 9 in my collection.

    Well I finally pulled the trigger on it. Thanks guys!!!!!! I am glad I waitied for this. I asked about another 8 a few months back and was told that I should wait for a better one. Now we will just have to see if it looks as nice "in hand". image

    Don't think you'll find a nicer 8 than that, go for it!

    That's a nice card and is 100% legit. Don't worry about the tilt since many OPC cards had this, even in 1985.

    I believe I remember your original inquiry on the Lemieux some time ago. You were very wise to wait. You bought a superior copy to the original.
