I don't rip very much(other than cheaper modern or junk), but I am going to have an opportunity soon for a box of more expensive card, which I will probably grade the "better" ones. Do you use a method or just rip and then topload?

Lately I have been in the practice to put everything in penny sleeves. The good the bad and the ugly. Unless its junk wax, I will promptly throw the pack away and penny sleeve what I like. If it looks grazeable, then I will add the rigid holder.
