Gotch+Rare autos r&r auctions psa question

Just picked up a Frank Gotch, Charley Mitchell, F.P. Paddy Slavin, and some insanely rare Billiards autos i almost guarantee psa wont have in thiere system (Ives, Shaffer Sr., Vignaux ect.), . The lot has an r&r coa though, so will presenting this coa to psa help with the authentication process if they precertified the items?

    Nathan,

If you just bought them this week from R&R and they haven't shipped them yet, just call Bob Eaton with them and tell him you want them PSA/DNA authenticated. He will charge you the cert fee but you won't have to pay shipping to/from etc, nor will you have the inordinate wait . Bob's a good guy and is one of their consultant authenticators. He can get them done for you and save you some hassle.

The problem is i want some of them individually for resale and some to keep for myself and dont want to certify a whole album page just to cut it up and only have one coa.

How about this? Have him do one LOA that pictures the entire sheet, and names all the signers in the body of the COA. Then, when you cut up the sheet of graphs to sell and keep, just make a color copy of the LOA to go with each individual graph (be sure and let the buyers know that the COA is a copy) I think any reasonable future buyer from you would be comfortable in that scenario.

I will be selling after I have it in hand, working to see about getting a psa cert! Ill let you guys know, the lot didnt even show his signature (Why I got it at an amazing price along with the rest) so id like to see exactly what i get (Cut, letter, photo ect.) before I make a figure in my head, but it will probably be less then that real clean Beautiful postcard that was on ebay that had additional writing, ill keep you two updated, Knapp email me at nathan.wagner67@gmail.com since you asked first. Thanks guys (:

I would definitely look into have some the cuts turned into custom cut cards. The ones that I've seen posted looked awesome. They really make a mediocre rough cut look amazing. You could then get those slabbed with a blue flip. Just a thought... But if there were high value autographs that s the route I would go
