4SC- My experience thus far, let's see how they do UPDATED

I placed a rather expensive order on 4Sharpcorners website for myself about a week ago. The package was received and I'm missing 4 cards from the order. On the invoice it listed a quantity of '5' so whomever packed it made an error and only packaged one. I have already emailed them replying to both the invoice and shipping info and also called them and left a message. I did a quick search and have seen more negative things about 4SC so I thought I'd post my experience and see how they respond to the problem, good or bad. I'll update the thread as things happen.
Edited to add: The order was for only 9 cards total. The value of each missing card is about $50.(Yes, that's expensive for me)

I paid through Paypal, I know I cant leave a negative but I should be able to escalate to a claim. It's the weekend so I dont expect to hear from them until Monday, hopefully.

I bought a bunch from their website and had 1 problem which was resolved rather quickly. I bought a base card for a set I'm working on, and they sent me a chrome by mistake. I sent it back, and they sent the right card.
They also 1 time mailed me 2 very expensive boxing cards by mistake, and I sent them right back. They sent me $10 in my PP acct. for my troubles.

I've bought a lot of cards off them also and had a few mistakes that they corrected in a very timely manor.

This isn't to bash 4SC, it's more of generally speaking about Sellers, but describing their service as "fantastic" seems kinda odd. Have our expectations really fallen that low? Shouldn't "fantastic" be reserved for when a Seller gets an order right the first time?
Glad to hear they acknowledged their error and will send the cards you paid for.

is a bit behind in efficiency. I'm in no hurry to receive them so they have time on their side.
