    Doug,

I remember like it was yesterday watching the game when he went over 2K yards.

Only because it was my first self subbed 10. It was actually part of my first sub when I had zero idea what I was doing. Pulled this out of a binder of cards that I had sitting around since the set came out. I remember thinking "looks pretty good, I'll send it in and learn from it no matter what grade it gets".

mygotta well done on the thread. It gives anyone with a potential 9 to see what a nice 10 looks like, thank you.

I hope the thread continues to grow, there are 10's out there I have never seen before.

    Thanks for the props image

I agree, it is a handy dandy reference if anyone needs to look at one. Especially from all different sets. I especially like to see when I am unsure of where the centering is on some years where the borders get a little tricky. Other times, you just "know".

You did good on it. I absolutely love this card. I'm glad you sold it to me, even if you did get mad at me for listing it on ebay once since then! We're still good in my book, hope you feel the same.

@Mygotta...on your original post with the 2013 Harper SP...why didn't PSA identify it as the Out of Bounds version?

I just sent in the Trout so I was just curious...

I am not sure. I wrote in my details as a variant and specifically wrote out "Out of Bounds". I did not take the time to contact PSA to correct it as it sold very quickly. So, unless the current owner decides to do this, it got piled into the standard version of Harper, which is 18 PSA 10's now (I think), but only 2 Harper variants at a PSA 10.

Gotcha...I also put the variation on the sub sheet...guess I'll just have to wait and see how they slab it. Thanks for the info...

Any significance to picking up the Chief Meyer card? Do you collect that set, player, or team?

Looking forward to your future posts.

    Amazing cards, everybody!

After looking through my own cards - I realized how few PSA 10's I own. I have lots of 9's, but very few 10's. I think I tend to sell off the 10's and collect the 9's. But this one in particular is a favorite of mine. It came courtesy of a very generous CU Secret Santa (thank you Mr. Kelley) two years ago - and I'll never forget it!

I had no idea there were so many people with Bird/Magic PSA 10 RCs on this board. Holy cow!
