What grade would you give this card?

Just wondering if this is within tolerance top/bottom for a 9.

I've seen 1969 Rogie Vachon's get a 9 with that centering.

My concern was the old flip. Seems like they are stricter on centering these days.

I wouldn't send that card in expecting a 9.

Maybe not. This later flip shows consistency. It looks like 70/30 T/B.
Anyone have the measuring tools?
