HELP!! Why did this card get a PD qualifer? Experts only!

Hello all...just got this card back from PSA and it got the (PD) qualifier. Not really sure why?

Does Carol still work at PSA?? Haven't heard from her lately.....can I still call her up and ask her to review this one? Here is a scan of the back....
