BBC says the Euro Zone recession is now in its 6th quarter. Are there any low-mintage byproducts?

A lot of the Dutch gold commemoratives have mintages in the low thousands....not sure about the other countries.

My Krause is 38th edition so I'm missing data on all the newest issues. I have visited a few of the mints' websites but if you know off-hand ...
