1957 Topps MSR (Min Size Dimensions) Question

I have a 57 Topps #1 Ted Williams that I purchased many years ago.
It came back from PSA as Evid Trim.
My Question is what is the minimum size this card should/could be
Taking into consideration it is number 1 so it would have been on the
corner of the sheet (I assume) when cut and thereby would allow for some size
Variations.
I have looked with magnification at all the edges and don’t see any noticeable
color differences or nick type evidence of trim. Also used my Calipers to measure
the card and find its 2.480 Inches wide & 3.494 Inches Tall
Given I assume a perfect cut would be 2.500 (2 & ½ inches) Wide by
3.500 (3 & ½ inches) Tall the card is
Undersize on the width by .020 thousandths of an inch or just a hair over 1/64 of an inch.
Undersize on Height by .006 thousandths of an inch or less then 1/128th of an inch.
Would this fall into the acceptable factory miss cut dimension ?
Feel free to speak your opinions for or against I don’t mind either way just
curious what other collectors would consider min acceptable size.
