1959 PSA 9 Looks a little lost in the holder

Some cards just give me an uncertain feeling from how they appear encased in a holder. This 1959 card just seems like the holder's opening is a bit too large for the card. Or I could be a little too suspicious that a MSR (minimum size requirement) card slipped through. I have heard that certain cards were just cut a bit smaller back then based on where they were on the sheet. Any thoughts?
